As with background checks, a good database would be useful because one can usually narrow down the possibilities of where someone might be. The more information you can gather prior to searching, such as getting names of possible friends, relatives, last known cities, Facebook info, etc., the more likely you’ll be able to find someone and the more likely you might be able to cut back on the costs of using databases. A good source as mentioned above is FB. I have had very good success using FB to find people, send them a message on messenger, and have them reach back out after I have forwarded them my credentials, along with the reason for me reaching out. In addition, checking local jails, prisons, or other jails in other cities they are known to live in might also produce results. City and State voter registration sites might also help find someone.
